Darkroom Hire

Our Darkroom is available to hire. It is accessible to all, from Monday to Saturday, from 10am-5pm. Before booking, participants must either have prior darkroom experience; be a past-participant of our ‘Film Photography’ courses.

The time and date of the darkroom hire will be decided by the participant. If you would like to hire the darkroom, please register your interest using the contact form below.

The cost to hire the darkroom is £20 per hour. We provide the facilities, equipment and chemicals. You provide your own paper, film, negatives etc. The cost to hire the darkroom is reduced to £10 per hour, if the user provides their own chemicals.

What You Will Need

• We provide all of the darkroom chemicals. The participant must bring their own film/negatives/paper.
• Before booking, the participant must have at least one of the following:
  • The participant has prior darkroom experience.
  • The participant has completed one of our ‘Film Photography’ courses.
